HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All the items are custom made and it takes 3-5 days to make them finished. Delivery usually takes additional 10-12 days. During the holidays production times may increase.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We want you to feel confident when shopping at Neshuma. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus any shipping charges) within 65 days of the original shipping date.

The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
